External URL

In Grid reports, an external URL is a link that redirects users to a website or an online resource. This functionality allows quick access to additional information related to the data displayed in the report. This is done through a link that you can configure in your report, which can be static or dynamic, depending on the selected value.

How to Open an External URL

To open an External URL, first enter your username and password, then click the Login button. Once logged in, navigate to the report you want to run and double-click on it to open. Next, click the Apply button to display the report. Once the report is loaded, click on the value of a column where an external URL is configured.

In the following example, we have created an external link to the page dreveal.com (for illustrative purposes). You can customize this link to redirect to any URL you need according to your requirements.
